Voor een huurperiode van 2 tot 4 maanden zal de maandelijkse huur met €250,- worden verhoogd naar een totaal inclusief g/w/l en faciliteiten van €1.750,- per maand. Voor huurperiodes boven de 4 maanden geldt het standaard tarief dat wordt gecommuniceerd in de advertentie.
DE STUDIO
Via de entree van het hotel op de begane grond, komt u binnen in dit beveiligde complex. Het gehele complex beschikt over een camera systeem waardoor uw veiligheid is gewaarborgd.
Via de lift bereikt u de verdieping van uw studio. Vanuit de lift loopt u door de gemeenschappelijk inpandige hal naar uw studio. U komt binnen in de hal die toegang biedt aan alle vertrekken.
De ruime studio biedt genoeg ruimte voor ontspanning. Word geheel uitgerust wakker en geniet van het comfort van uw tweepersoonsbed Heavenly Bed (180cm x 200cm). Daarnaast is de studio voorzien van airconditioning, flatscreen-tv met Google Chromecast en een fijne zithoek.
De ruime en luxe badkamer beschikt over een inloopdouche, ligbad, grote wastafel, wastafelmeubel, spiegel met licht, toilet en is afgewerkt met moderne tegels.
Uitgebreid koken kunt u in de professionele gedeelde keuken, deze is ruim opgezet en heeft een groot werkblad. De keuken beschikt over twee keer een 4-pits fornuis, magnetron, afzuigkap, koel- vriescombinatie, vaatwasser en Douwe Egberts koffieautomaat, waar u altijd een gratis kop koffie kan pakken. Daarnaast is de keuken uitgerust met alle benodigdheden die u in een keuken kunt verwachten. Ook kunt u genieten van uw eten en ontspannen in de bijbehorende loungeruimte. De lounge is voorzien van een televisie, spelcomputer, bureau met 2 computers, 8-persoons tafel en ronde 6-persoons tafel. Deze ruimte is dus zeer geschikt voor flexwerken en natuurlijk ontspanning.
De gemeenschappelijke fitnessruimte met gloednieuwe apparatuur inclusief sauna is gelegen op de derde verdieping en is 24/7 toegankelijk.
DE LIGGING
Gelegen in de bosrijke omgeving van het Haarlemmermeerse Bos in Hoofddorp. Vanaf Amsterdam Airport Schiphol brengt de shuttlebus u naar het hotel en vice versa.
De moderne studio’s zijn gelegen aan de rand van het bos en daardoor prachtig uitzicht. Tijdens uw verblijf kunt u genieten van een heerlijk ontbijt, lunch of diner uit de internationale keuken in de Courtyard Brasserie(op eigen kosten). Op loopafstand van het hotel vindt u meerdere bars, restaurants en amusement mogelijkheden zoals bowlingbaan Claus.
De N201 is binnen enkele minuten te bereiken. Voor de deur is voldoende parkeerruimte. Met de auto of shuttlebus ben je binnen ca. 15 minuten op Schiphol. Deze combinatie maakt de ligging van de studio uniek!

THE STUDIO
Through the entrance of the hotel on the ground floor, you enter this secure complex. The entire complex has a camera system so that your safety is guaranteed.
You reach the floor of your studio via the elevator. From the elevator you walk through the communal indoor hall to your studio. You enter the hall that provides access to all rooms.
The spacious studio offers enough space for relaxation. Wake up fully rested and enjoy the comfort of your double Heavenly Bed (180cm x 200cm). In addition, the studio is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with Google Chromecast and a nice sitting area.
The spacious and luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, bath, large sink, washbasin, mirror with light, toilet and is finished with modern tiles.
You can cook extensively in the professional shared kitchen, which is spacious and has a large work surface. The kitchen has two 4-burner stoves, microwave, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Douwe Egberts coffee machine, where you can always grab a free cup of coffee. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you can expect in a kitchen. You can also enjoy your food and relax in the accompanying lounge area. LOCATION
Located in the wooded area of the Haarlemmermeerse Bos in Hoofddorp. From Amsterdam Airport Schiphol the shuttle bus will take you to the hotel and vice versa.
The modern studios are located on the edge of the forest and therefore have a beautiful view. During your stay you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner of international cuisine in the Courtyard Brasserie (own expense). Within walking distance of the hotel you will find several bars, restaurants and entertainment options such as bowling alley Claus.
The N201 can be reached within a few minutes. There is ample parking space in front of the door. You can reach Schiphol within about 15 minutes by car or shuttle bus. This combination makes the location of the studio unique!

It is a fully furnished and recently renovated studio apartment. All walls have a neat white color. The entire apartment has a beautiful laminate floor. The electricity and central heating system are in excellent condition. The windows are equipped with HR+ double glazing with plastic frames.
